John Fogerty and the Los Angeles Philharmonic – July 2
It was one of the amazing concerts I’ve ever experienced here in Los Angeles, as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, an orchestra group based in California, plays tribute songs to some amazing artists like the late Michael Jackson, and as they played the song “Thriller” by Michael Jackson, I was so astonished and grateful, because Michael Jackson is one of my favorite pop artists ever, but sadly he passed away. In the presence of a historical icon like John Fogerty, he also paid tribute to the upcoming 4th of July celebration, as he banners himself with red, blue and white colors of his attire, and sings a song which is related to the 4th of July celebration, with special features and performance from the other artists. When after they sang the US national anthem, he performed one of the greatest country songs that I have ever heard, and its called “The West Side Story”, and all of the audience are beginning to rock themselves out, even I myself was too excited. His voice was astonishing when he sang every song either on R&B, country, blues, folk and gospel. Oh wow! That was so much talent. Other songs he and the Los Angeles Philharmonic sang to us were the “Green River”, Lookin’ Out My Back Door”, The Blue Ridge Rangers Ride Again” and so much more. I was so excited in that time and through my experience, I will never forget this amazing concert and its so memorable.
