Taylor Swift – Perfect and the Real Deal
Taylor Swift has been almost everywhere in the year 2009, and one cannot deny the fact that there has been no other star who could match her persona. She has won all the major trophies at the award ceremony of Country Music Association awards and has been nominated for eight categories in the Grammy awards, 2009. When it comes to female performers people usually look for innocence and when they find it then they applaud and appreciate it.
These days Taylor swift is seen as all new rising sensations. Her innocence and charming personality are seen as major factors that attribute to her success. She is refreshing and her inescapable sexual presence makes her more popular.
It’s been said really many times before that Taylor Swift is the perfect and a real deal. Most of the time, she writes all her songs herself. Her innocent songs reveals her truly princess heart and also depicts her mentality. In most of her songs, she places value on purity and morality. She has exuded beauty from inside out that reminds all the girls and women from all the ages that they can be fearless, hopeful and beautiful.
In a very short span of time, she has delivered many successful and exciting concerts like Tom Petty in 2007, life house in 2008 and many more. Sometimes in some of her concerts it has been seen that due to her inexperience in the stage performing, or may be because of her adolescent awkwardness; some of her body movements are uncomfortable like head throws and frolics. Due to this, her band members sometimes need to our stage her. However, this cannot affect her talent because with time this will be easily finessed.

Coldplay: The New U2 or Even Radiohead
If you’re someone who loves to listen to alternative rock then songs like “Yellow”, “Fix you” and “The Scientist” should sound very familiar to you. If you’re not very familiar then these songs were by the London based, alternative rock band called Coldplay. This band, formed in 1998, has achieved great heights in the music industry. they’ve even been compared to musical sensations like U2, Travis and even Radiohead.
Now originally this band was called Pectoralz can consisted of Chris Martin on vocals, keyboard and guitar, Jonny Buckland on the lead guitar and Guy Berryman on bass guitar. In 1997 this group changed their name again and this time it was to Starfish and they used to perform gigs at small pubs.
Then the band was finally joined by its final member, Will Champion on the drums and they finally changed their name to Coldplay. Now the bands very first single was called Safety EP. Now the first release after Coldplay joined Fierce Panda which is an independent label was called Brothers and Sisters EP consisting of 3 tracks. Tracy Chapman – August 19
Tracy Chapman is a great singer like no other. She has been very successful through his albums for so many years. She has been on tour this year in different states of US, just to entertain her fans out there. Even outside US, there are lots of fans out there on her world tour through the midst of the new millenium. She was scheduled to be here at Los Angeles last August 19, eventually it was not on Staples Center, but at the Wiltern. It is a great venue out there, good thing I have bought a ticket earlier in a store nearby, where they also sell tickets to the Tracy Chapman concerts.
Haven’t you know that she is also a fan of Bob Marley? She made a tribute out there in the concert about Marley’s song, “Get Up, Stand Up”. The crowd was the best thing I have experienced at the Wiltern, as she plays one of my favorites like “Baby I Can Hold You”, You’re the One”, “Say Hellelujah” and a whole lot more. She was fascinating like any other singers there. She also played “Lovesong” which was originated by The Cure. It was a great experienced for me and thank God, I see Tracy Chapman for the first time in person at the concert.
Burning Man 2009 – Aug 31-Sept 7
Burning Man 2009 festival between Aug. 31-Sept. 7 at the Black Rock Desert in Nevada.
The festival of lights is here yet again; and if you have not still booked your tickets for Burning Man 2009, then do not waste anytime and do it right now. Last year the event attracted more than forty nine thousand visitors, and this year, it is well set to cross the fifty thousand mark. So, do make sure that you are not left behind.
For those, who are not aware of the event, this piece of writing can prove to be a good source of information. So, putting your queries at rest let me tell you, as to what the event is all about. The event involves the burning of a huge wooden effigy in the shape of a human, and is organized by the Black Rock City, LLC.
The event is organized in the magnificent Black Rock Desert, of Northern Nevada region; and is one of the major tourist attractions of this region, attracting thousands of tourists, many of whom especially come to this place, to attend the event. The act of burning an effigy may be an experiment in community for some people, while for some it could be a sweeping mode of self-expression; and some may simply find it an annual festivity. Notions may differ, but the event in itself is absolutely magnificent.

John Fogerty and the Los Angeles Philharmonic – July 2
It was one of the amazing concerts I’ve ever experienced here in Los Angeles, as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, an orchestra group based in California, plays tribute songs to some amazing artists like the late Michael Jackson, and as they played the song “Thriller” by Michael Jackson, I was so astonished and grateful, because Michael Jackson is one of my favorite pop artists ever, but sadly he passed away. In the presence of a historical icon like John Fogerty, he also paid tribute to the upcoming 4th of July celebration, as he banners himself with red, blue and white colors of his attire, and sings a song which is related to the 4th of July celebration, with special features and performance from the other artists. When after they sang the US national anthem, he performed one of the greatest country songs that I have ever heard, and its called “The West Side Story”, and all of the audience are beginning to rock themselves out, even I myself was too excited. His voice was astonishing when he sang every song either on R&B, country, blues, folk and gospel. Oh wow! That was so much talent. Other songs he and the Los Angeles Philharmonic sang to us were the “Green River”, Lookin’ Out My Back Door”, The Blue Ridge Rangers Ride Again” and so much more. I was so excited in that time and through my experience, I will never forget this amazing concert and its so memorable.
